Wow these sound great, both flat as a pancake, with flawless transitions between tracks (which sometimes we sadly don't get on mixed records). Grab this while you can, a steal for the asking price

I have a lot of thoughts about this release, which I'll get to, but first I have to say: These are the MOST static filled records I've ever come across. Almost ripped the inner sleeves just removing them. After a wet clean with a microfiber cloth and an anti-static brush I got it sounding clean but goddamn. Playing the record w/o cleaning beforehand sounded horrible. After I did however, it ended up sounding fantastic. Now, I had my reservations going in about this pressing - mainly due to Veteran on vinyl sounding quite flat, and that the digital release of AMHAC was produced with the tracks having an average dynamic range of only 4. However, I was blown away with how great this record ended up sounding and the package itself was a lot better than the vinyl release of Veteran, with printed inner sleeves and an overall more professional looking quality. Would've loved a gatefold, but it rly isn't a big deal at the end of the day. This release is quite affordable, about £20 - £25, and far more attainable than his previous album. One of the best albums of last year and this package really does it justice. Highly recommend!

Wow. This record sounds great, even the glitches and stuff sound pristine. I was nervous when I had to turn my stereo up more than normal, but I think the record was just cut a little quieter than most of my LPs, so the full dynamic range that Jpegmafia is memorable for is still maintained. This is my best sounding commercially available rap album I own. The Vinyl Me, Please’s Salt N’ Pepa’s Very Necessary reissue is the only thing that comes close/surpasses it, but that was a limited club release. If you like Jpegmafia, getting this for under $30 is a steal.

This pressing sounds fantastic, and there is a noticeable difference between the sound quality of the vinyl compared to lossless streaming.

Lyrics are printed on the sleeve, and the lyrics for for "Life's Hard..." and "Buttermilk Jesus Type Beat" seem to be unused lyrics that aren't heard on the album.

This has pretty much stayed on my turntable since purchasing. Highly reccomended.

Only problem I see with mine are the weird, and I mean weird, typos, and the sheer amount of them makes it almost seem intentional. Doesnt really take away from it, but how you gonna have the lyrics to "Life's Hard, Heres a Song About Sorrel" be something completely different on the sleeve. Its bizarre, but kinda cool misprint. Might fix it on later releases or we will know it was intentional I suppose. Other wise, I pre-ordered this the second it released and I have no regrets, Ive jammed this more than most of my records. Best buy of 2019/2020 thus far. Highly recommend. Now I just need Veteran on vinyl.

So, the album slaps obviously, and they nailed the sound!
Excellent press with almost zero noise and good full range / dynamics.
But from there on out its a different story, sleeve is a heinous, low quality, misshapen and oversized.
Still giving it five stars only because of the dirt cheap price, but the album deserved better IMO.

the pressing is cheap price-wise, but part of me wishes it was more expensive. there's no gatefold, the inner sleeves are annoying at best, and the glue used with the inner sleeves is really weak. id rather the release be $30 and be higher quality, but the records themselves still sound pretty great.

Packaging is great for the $$. It's on Amazon for $21ish CAD and with that in mind, it's a very considerate press. Sure, it's 2xLP with no gatefold, but they at least made the spine squared off (like, extra thick). Idk bro, buy the record, support the artist, it's cheap, it sounds good. I'd recommend.

Is this the same release as the one that sold out on his website? Have people who ordered online received their records yet? Surprised to see this in the store and for so cheap, grabbed it immediately!
